Enable Good
Technology strategy for $5–50M nonprofits

A technology plan your board can approve and a funder can say yes to.

In three weeks, The Fundable Tech Roadmap tells you which technology project to do next, what it will cost, where the money could come from, and where an AI-powered retooling could save you real money. Then lead it yourself, or hand it to us.

Everyone around you keeps the computers running. Nobody is asking whether the systems still fit the work.

Your IT vendor

Keeps the laptops, the network and the inboxes alive. Infrastructure, not strategy. Ask them which system to replace next and you get a quote, not a plan.

Your "VP of technology"

Often the most technical person in the building, which makes them the technician for the building. Brilliant at fixing things. Not paid to decide what the organization should build.

The big consultancy

Will produce a handsome deck in a quarter. It will recommend the platform they resell. And it will be written for a $200M organization, not yours.

Enable Good sits in the gap: strategy, systems and funding, from someone who has spent a decade and a half inside nonprofit operations and knows what a board will actually approve.

How it works

One front door. One optional next step.

Step one

The Fundable Tech Roadmap

Three weeks. We start with written homework for leadership, survey every staff member on the tools they actually use, interview deeply, and map how the organization really operates. You get a prioritized project list with cost ranges, a savings estimate for what AI or retooling could replace, a grant match for each project with deadlines, a one-page board brief, and a 60-minute readout.

Step two, if you want it

We lead the project

The Roadmap is yours to run with your own team. If you would rather hand it off, we lead the project on your side of the table: scoping, vendor selection, build oversight, launch and hand-off, with a fixed weekly cadence. Engagements run as long as the project runs, typically about nine months.

The guarantee

If, 14 days after the readout, you don't have a clear next project and a path to pay for it, we rework the Roadmap free. If the second pass still misses, you get a full refund.

And if you decide to have us lead the project within 60 days, the Roadmap fee is credited toward it.

Built for

Executive directors who want to move

  • Nonprofits with $5–50M budgets: big enough to need real systems, not big enough for a CTO.
  • Leaders who suspect their technology is costing them money and time, and want someone to find out how much.
  • Teams who would rather do one project well than start five that stall.
Not built for

Organizations happy where they are

  • If the current systems are fine and the goal is to keep them that way, you don't need us. Your IT vendor has you covered.
  • If you already have a CTO or an IT director, you have what we would be. Give them this page.
  • If you want someone to write the grant applications, that is a different hire. We find the matches; we don't write the proposals.

A full website re-platform for one of New York's landmark theaters: migration onto WordPress, search visibility rebuilt from the ground up, and feedback tooling put in place so the team could keep improving the site after launch without a developer on call.

Twenty minutes. You tell us what is slowing the organization down; we tell you whether the Roadmap would find something worth the fee. If it wouldn't, we'll say so.
